Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use Brickwise, an MCP server that gives AI assistants sourced Roblox game-development logics. By buying or using it you accept them.
Your license
- A purchase (€7, one-time) gives you a personal, non-transferable license key for one person.
- "Lifetime" means for as long as Brickwise operates the hosted service. New logics added while it runs are included at no extra cost.
- Keys are for your own use. Sharing or reselling a key, or trying to copy the database in bulk, can get the key disabled.
Fair use
Each key allows 300 tool calls and 100 full logic reads per day (UTC). These limits are far above normal use and may be adjusted to protect the service.
Payments and refunds
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles payment, taxes and invoices. Access is delivered immediately after payment. By completing the purchase you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered. For this reason sales are final. Your statutory rights for a faulty product are not affected. Try the free edition first to see if Brickwise fits your workflow.
The content
Logics are summaries written in our own words from public DevForum threads, Creator Docs and GitHub repositories, with links to the originals. They are provided "as is" for learning and reference. Roblox changes often: always check the cited sources and test before shipping code. We are not liable for bugs, data loss or other damage caused by code you write using Brickwise, to the extent allowed by law.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change features, limits or these terms, and will note the date of changes on this page.
Trademarks
Brickwise is an independent project, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the Luau team. Roblox and Luau are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.
Law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
